Valve jobs, surfacing, pressure testing and Magnaflux crack detection. Guides and seats, valve stem seals, stem height set, valves adjusted. Broken bolts and studs extracted. Gas, diesel and inline sixes.
Bored, honed, decked, cleaned and vacuumed. Cam bearings and freeze plugs installed, cylinders sleeved, align honing.
Crankshafts turned and polished, rods resized, pistons removed and fitted, rings file-fit, bearings and clearances checked and recorded.
Short block and long block assembly, and full rebuilds blueprinted and delivered with a build sheet of every measurement taken.
